"Wedding Star" is a great site I just found that has some real elegant
favors, candles, decorations, and accessories based on contemporary
themes and ideas.

"Create Your Wedding" is out of Chicago but has nice suggestions for unique alternatives for
all aspects of your special day. Keep scrolling down to find all their neat planning ideas.

The New Visions group focuses on the traditional approach but is also
willing to do special requests. They have a great office and plenty of
example albums and wall pictures to consider. NVs also offers special
digital pre-views of wedding parties in local facilities including Michael's, as
well as local outdoor sites such as Green Lake and the Botanical Gardens.

This company does traditional cake designs but also rents "display" cakes
(a new and less expensive way of doing wedding cakes )
Choosing to rent a display cake and then purchase sheet cakes
from this company can often be less expensive, up to half price, than using their services in the traditional way
