Michael’s Banquet Facility is pleased to offer schools and clubs these specially designed Banquet Menus for academic and end-of-the-season awards banquets during the 2014 calendar year. These Sports Menu are available Sunday through Friday.  Other Menus are available for Saturdays. Menu does not include sales tax, if the account you pay the deposit and final payment with is not tax exempt, tax will be added.  A valid tax exempt form that matches the name on the check will be needed to remove tax or a school PO or copy of Voucher is also acceptable.

Pizza Buffet Daytime Sports Menu $11.00 per person (all ages) 

with 18% Banquet Charge $12.98 per person before tax

Pizza Buffet Evening Sports Menu $12.50 per person (all ages) 

with 18% Banquet Charge $14.75 per person before tax

Our Pizza Buffet Menu Table includes: A chef salad, assorted rolls, a hot bowtie pasta with red sauce, meatballs in red sauce, and sheet pizzas.

Both menus Include unlimited soda and coffee service during the meal, and individually served vanilla ice cream (rainbow sherbet for an extra $0.35 per person or chocolate mousse for an extra $1.00 per person)

Full Daytime Sports Buffet $12.50 per person (all ages)  

with 18% Banquet Charge $14.75 per person before tax

Full Evening Sports Buffet $13.95 per person (all ages)  

with 18% Banquet Charge $16.46 per person before tax

Our Full Sports Buffet Menu Table includes:  A chef salad, assorted rolls, a relish tray with pickles and olives and hot peppers, a hot bowtie pasta with red sauce, meatballs in red sauce, sheet pizzas, herb roasted potatoes, a seasonal vegetable, and baked chicken.

Both menus Include unlimited soda and coffee service during the meal, and individually served vanilla ice cream (rainbow sherbet for an extra $0.35 per person or chocolate mousse for an extra $1.00 per person)

Business functions at Michael’s can work off our standard Afternoon / Morning Banquet Menu or create their own personalized menu based on the following Seminar Menu offerings. Room rental charges, table and chair rentals, and AV equipment rentals may apply depending on your final room arrangements.

Room Rental charges will apply to events only ordering beverages and foods by the tray instead of a full meal or the Seminar Package. Room Rental charges will also apply to events requesting break out rooms or lunch in a separate room than the meeting room. Room Rentals vary from $100-$500 per room, ask a manager for a quote based on your event’s needs.

The hot Lunch Buffet tables includes three meats, a chef salad, rolls and butter, a hot pasta, a seasonal steamed vegetable, and your choice of rice or potato, and a cold salad (either a relish tray, a pasta salad, marinated mushroom salad, or an Italian potato salad.)

Afternoon Cookie Break

Trays of cookies & brownies served at the end of the buffet line or later as an afternoon break (service for final count) 

If you would like a dessert individually served to the guests, ask a manager for options starting at $1.25 extra per person

The 3 hour “Snacks and Sweets” Prom Menu $20.00 per person plus tax

A simplified food menu intended for Junior Balls and Proms who don’t want a formal meal.

Limited seating, but plenty of time and space for mingling and dancing!

Some restrictions apply, see manager for details.

30 minutes after the doors open, we will present one food table with trays of

cheese, cold vegetables, fruits and melons, and mini wrap sandwiches.

We will put out 100 servings of each item.

Extra servings can be ordered in advance for an additional charge.

During the last 90 minutes, we will set up an unlimited ice cream sundae station with 3 types of ice cream and 6 toppings with whip cream.

A self-serve beverage table will be set up for the entire night.

Pitchers of ice water, pop, fruit punch and iced tea.

 

 The 4 hour Strolling Stations / Cocktail Party Prom Menu $25.00 per person plus tax

Food menu and details as described above for the “Snacks and Sweets” menu but the food is unlimited for 1.5 hours plus we will add 2 additional cold and 2 additional hot items. Beverage table as described above, we will also place out trays of chocolate clusters and cookies based on the final count on the ice cream sundae station.

 

 Sit-down or Buffet, full service dinner:

Buffet Banquet Table $30.00 per person plus tax

Buffet Table includes a chef salad and warm rolls, pasta and ambrosia salad, a relish tray, a seasonal steamed vegetable, herb roasted potatoes and a hot pasta with red sauce. 

Featuring three meats: sliced roast beef, sliced turkey breast, and boneless chicken with a white cream or light teriyaki sauce. Neapolitan ice cream served for dessert or we can put out trays of chocolate clusters and cookies based on the final count towards the end of the night. Beverage table as above.

Snacks for before or after dinner such as cheese and cracker trays priced on request

 

 Our Easy Sit-Down Meal

Beef and Chicken Combination Plate $35.00 per person plus tax

A combination plate with a 4 oz. Filet of Sirloin and a 4 oz. Baked, boneless chicken breast, accompanied by herb roasted potatoes. First course is a chef salad served with warm rolls. Neapolitan ice cream served for dessert or we can put out trays of chocolate clusters and cookies based on the final count towards the end of the night. Beverage table as above. Vegetarian Plate also available on request in advance, may we suggest Manicotti.

Snacks for before or after dinner such as cheese and cracker trays priced on request.

Catering Terms and Conditions:

Please allow 15 minutes leeway before and after scheduled delivery time. 

Delivery Charges Applied by Mileage, will vary $35-$75 (greater if more than 60 minutes away or two loads required)

Set-Up Charge of $30.00 will apply if you wish delivery person to set up your buffet line and arrange foods and utensils, if you want us to simply place all items together on a table for you to set out yourself then no set-up charge will be applied. An attendant can stay and supervise your buffet, price on request.

Party Orders Six (6) Days Advance Notice, Funeral Gatherings & Stags 1-2 days advance notice

Menu changes must be called in five (5) days before your event.  Orders or menu changes after this time will be subject to surcharge. Final count is due three (3) days before your event.

All hot foods come in aluminum pans ready to serve, side dish colds come in plastic bowls, condiments are individually packaged or come in small ready to serve containers. Chafing units are available to rent on request as are china plates and real silverware.

Deposit Required: 50% of estimated bill due along with signed Contract to confirm reservation, personal checks okay, Credit Cards will not be accepted

Payment: Balance due at time of delivery with cash, money orders, or personal check (bills of $500.00 or less). Credit Cards will not be accepted!!!    Menu & Prices subject to change without notice, but will be confirmed at time of deposit.
